Meet Wanda Silva
Wanda J. Silva is the Founder and President of Silva Capital Solutions, Incorporated. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Silva Capital Solutions remains the nation’s leader in providing merger, acquisition and financial advisory services to middle market companies including Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Outsourced Business Service companies. With 20 years of industry experience, over 50 completed transactions and 1,600 consulting projects, Ms. Silva is recognized, admired and trusted for her integrity, exceptional industry knowledge, and superior transaction skills.
Ms. Silva holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Communications from the University of North Carolina; a Master of Science Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin; and a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Prior to founding Silva Capital Solutions, Ms. Silva was Vice President – People Strategy for Medaphis Corporation. Wanda led due diligence, transition and implementation of People Practices for over 32 acquisitions. Recognized as a thought leader in the field of Human Resources, Ms. Silva lead a team of business professionals focused on the profitability of Medaphis Physician Services, growing the organization from $90 Million to $253 Million in Revenue.

Wanda Silva served as a Director on the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations Board of Directors 2012 to 2016 and served as a Professional Advisory Director for Employer Services Assurance Corporation 2010 to 2012. She also served as a Professional Advisory Director for APEC (Alliance for PEO Electronic Compliance) 2012 to 2016.
Ms. Silva’s two sons, Alan (28) and Scott (26) – are her most prized transactions yet! Alan, a pilot with Mesa Airlines, is a graduate of Florida Southern College and married to Dr. Tonda Wooten Silva, a Podiatry resident at The University of Louisville Hospital. Scott graduated from the Terry College of Business, majoring in Risk Management and is a National Brokerage Distribution Insurance Specialist at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Wanda enjoys domestic and international travel as well as weight training, yoga, swimming, and cooking.
