Leveraging her expertise in corporate finance, innovation, and strategy, she has steered Silva Capital Solutions to unparalleled success.
Wanda’s outstanding leadership in guiding Silva Capital Solutions is highlighted by her many achievements, including orchestrating over 100 transactions with an aggregate sales price exceeding $1 Billion. She has solidified her position as the M&A leader in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, with over 62 transactions alone.
Beyond her role at Silva Capital Solutions, Ms. Silva is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), a Founding Member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Professional Directors Association (PDA), a member of The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Atlanta and serves on the Board of Directors for OnBoard, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on increasing the number of women in executive leadership and on corporate boards. Wanda has also served on several National PEO boards. A proud mother of two sons, Alan, a pilot for Southwest and Scott, CEO of Atlantis Digital, she dedicates her free time to family, friends, and as a volunteer for Hospice.
